Merger & Acquisitions Advisory

Merger and acquisitions advisory work is a cornerstone of BHC's investment banking practice. Our work in this area includes advising public and private companies, managements and financial sponsors in connection with: (i) transactions that include acquisitions, company sales and divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures, and (ii) the planning associated with M&A, including M&A strategy, valuation, and target or buyer identification.

In all cases, BHC will create negotiating leverage and competition among interested buyers and sellers. This will ultimately result in the most favorable terms for our clients and increase the likelihood of success of any transaction. Furthermore, we expect our advisory role will allow management to allocate more time to other business related matters.
