Kevin Centofanti, CFA

President

Mr. Centofanti is the President of Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. and its affiliates. Additionally, he is a Registered Principal of Brooks, Houghton Securities, Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director of the firm involved in all aspects of its investment banking business. Areas of particular interest to him include healthcare, food and beverage, business services, manufacturing, and intellectual property. Before joining BHC, he was a Partner at The Nassau Group where he focused on technology and special situations for the firm, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures/sales and on a wide range of capital raising initiatives. Previously, Mr. Centofanti was a Managing Director at WR Hambrecht + Co., a merchant and investment bank. At WR Hambrecht, Mr. Centofanti focused on advising new media, software, and special situation companies on public and private capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and sales. Prior to WR Hambrecht, Mr. Centofanti was at Daiwa Securities America, an international investment bank. He founded that firm's private equity group, which concentrated primarily on funding emerging growth companies in the technology and healthcare industries.

Mr. Centofanti received B.S. degrees in Pharmacy and Business from SUNY at Buffalo, and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Columbia University. Additionally, he holds the CFA designation.

John Y. Freeman

Senior Advisor

Mr. Freeman is a Senior Advisor to Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. focusing on business development and transaction processing for mergers & acquisitions, private placements and leveraged financings. Mr. Freeman has over thirty years of experience as a senior investment banker including eighteen years at Brooks Houghton most recently as a Senior Managing Director.

He joined Brooks, Houghton from an investment banking firm specializing in small cap public market transactions where he was Managing Director responsible for mergers and acquisitions and leveraged fundings. Mr. Freeman was also a director and head of mergers & acquisitions for Tucker Anthony, a NYSE-member firm. Mr. Freeman began his investment banking career with Citicorp Investment Bank where he served as a Vice President in the mergers & acquisitions department with responsibility for various industry and geographical groups during his eight years with the bank. Previous to Citicorp, he was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Freeman is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned a B.S. in Business from the McIntire School and an MBA from the Darden School of Graduate Business. He is also a C.P.A.

Marc R. Leizman

Executive Director

Mr. Leizman is an Executive Director of Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. Mr. Leizman is responsible for providing investment banking services to clients in the Midwest including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. Prior to joining Brooks, Houghton, Mr. Leizman founded Grenway Capital Corporation, a firm that specializes in advisory services and management consulting to middle-market companies. Mr. Leizman also has held senior investment banking roles with True North Advisors, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company and EVEREN Securities. He has experience in a wide range of industries and has advised numerous clients on M&A transactions, financings and operational issues.

Mr. Leizman received a M.B.A. in Finance, Management Policy and Accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. He is a FINRA licensed Investment Banker holding series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

David M. Maher

Executive Director

Mr. Maher is an Executive Director of Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. responsible for origination and execution of the firm's investment banking business, providing the firm with expertise in corporate finance and capital markets. Prior to joining Brooks, Houghton, Mr. Maher worked for Deutsche Bank Securities in their Equity Capital Markets group. Mr. Maher began his career at JP Morgan Chase in their Derivatives Trading business. He has experience and expertise in several industries including healthcare.

Mr. Maher received a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business. He is a FINRA licensed Investment Banker holding series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Anthony Moretti

Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking

Mr. Moretti brings with him over 15 years of investment and commercial banking experience to Brooks, Houghton & Company. Mr. Moretti has spent his career assisting middle market and emerging growth companies on numerous assignments involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, debt and equity financings (public and private), general corporate finance advisory, valuations and fairness opinions. Mr. Moretti's transaction experience covers several industry sectors, including apparel & footwear, consumer electronics, digital media, filmed and interactive entertainment, personal care products and services, recreational products, retail and toys.

Prior to joining Brooks, Houghton, Mr. Moretti served as a Director at BMO Capital Markets where he provided investment and corporate banking services to a broad range of consumer and media & entertainment clients. Prior to BMO, he served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at RBC Capital Markets.

Mr. Moretti received a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.

Dr. Domenico Pecorini

Managing Director and Head of EMEA

Dr. Pecorini is Managing Director and Head of EMEA and Asia for Brooks Houghton & Company Inc. He is responsible for developing investment and corporate finance opportunities in the EMEA and Asian markets.

Dr. Pecorini is currently an Advisory Board member of the Algodon Group of New York, and is Chairman of Life Episteme Group, a technology and marketing company based in Geneva, Switzerland, active in biotech, medical devices and renewable energies. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of Fondazione Parco Biomedico San Raffaele of Rome, a science park focusing on regenerative medicine and stem cells. He was also Executive Director of Stilbon SA, a Geneva-based oil and gas trading company, President and CEO of Inveni Engineering, a company with patents and know-how in renewable energies and specializing in environmental studies and civic works, CEO of L'ARCOSS SpA , a German-Italian general contractor, and Head of Foreign Activities at ISMES SpA - ENEL Group), one of the largest European utilities.

He holds a PhD and is a registered lecturer of LUISS University of Rome in International Economics, specializing in Trade and Project Finance.

Edward J. Rutkowski

Senior Advisor

Mr. Rutkowski is a Senior Advisor to Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. providing the firm with expertise in corporate and governmental matters. After serving as the District Representative to Congressman Jack Kemp in Buffalo, he served as the Erie County Executive, the largest county in upstate New York. He has also served as Director of New York State Parks. Mr. Rutkowski is the President of Domer Associates, a consulting company providing a specialized service to various industries.

Mr. Rutkowski is a graduate of Notre Dame University and a former player with the Buffalo Bills professional football team. He is a member of the Pennsylvania National Sports Hall of Fame and a recipient of the New York State Parks L.L. Huttleston Executive Award.
