  • Seeking senior debt ranging from $15 million to $100 million via BHS
  • Needing subordinated debt or equity capital ranging from $5 million to $50 million via BHS
  • Desiring merger and acquisition advice in regard to transactions involving a purchase price in excess of $10 million

• Emerging growth companies with an emphasis on the technology, medical technology, life sciences and digital media sectors
  • Typically revenue generating and operating companies
  • We will consider pre-revenue companies in exceptional circumstances
